The Annual Membership Meeting will be taking place on January 12th, 2026 at 7PM. This meeting is scheduled each year on the second Monday in January. The agenda includes election of club officers and official business required by the club’s organizational documents.

The sample ballot for 2026 is available on-line. The actual ballot will be distributed at the meeting in the event of a contested election. It is not necessary to print a ballot in advance. Ballots cannot be mailed-in in advance of the meeting. You must be present and eligible to vote to cast a ballot in the annual election.
