To become a member of Sunset Mountain Fish & Game Club:
NOTE: Sunset Mountain Fish & Game Club Inc. has a membership cap of 500 members, when the cap has been met, all new applications will be placed on a waiting list. Applications will be accepted on a first come basis as openings become available. Order is determined by the postmark on your mailed envelope with your applications. Applications not mailed to the P.O. Box will not reserve a spot on the waiting list.
Step 1: Click on the member application link below and print or fill in the required areas and then print out the form.

Step 2: Fill out the form carefully and be sure to include member sponsors name or if not sponsored, supply three (3) letters of reference.
It is also helpful to include any other club affiliations, firearms training, or other firearms related information.
Step 3: Mail the application to the address on the form:

Step 4: If your contact information changes, please let us know your new information ASAP. If we are unable to contact you, you may lose your place on the waiting list.
Step 5: For the meeting when applications are accepted, you should attend in person and bring with you the appropriate dues fee. (Do not mail a check with your application). You will also need to provide a current criminal background check or current Concealed Weapon Permit, demonstrating that you are not a prohibited person. Note that new members must pay a one time range initiation fee of fifty ($50) plus a first-year volunteer fee of one hundred ($100) in addition to the annual dues. Member meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month in the club house at the range. If your membership is approved you will become a provisional member for a period of one year, during which you will required to provide 2 work days for the club (help with general range cleanup or other light tasks).
Before your receive your membership card and are allowed access and club privileges all new members must take and pass a safety and range orientation course. This course to be arranged by the Chief Range Safety Officer. Dates and times for these safety sessions can be arranged with the Safety Officer after the membership meeting.
