Based upon weather predictions and other factors, the organizers of the Youth Shoot are canceling this event for June (Sunday the 22nd only).

There have been forecasts for severe weather that will impact not only the ability of the participants to safely shoot but also the time that our members require to set up and clean up the range areas. Potential weather related traffic problems will likely compound the already difficult travel associated with the nearby NASCAR race. With some volunteers, coaches, and the families of the participants traveling long distances to be there, we want to avoid having to send anyone away when they get there in the morning. The decision was made to call off the event in advance.

Our apologies for the late notice to anyone who planned to attend. We hope to see you in July when we hope for better weather and open roads. The full schedule for the year is at this link.
